What Craftpage is

Craftpage lets you make a personalised animated greeting — for a birthday, anniversary, festival or any occasion — called a “wish”. You pick a ready-made template and add a recipient’s name, your message, photos and optional music. You then get a private link to share. The person you send it to opens the link in their browser and doesn’t need an account.

Your account

• You sign in with your Google account. You’re responsible for everything done through your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or use Craftpage with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
• Give us an email address you check. That’s where your receipts and share links are sent.

Price and payment

• A one-time payment of ₹399 (Indian Rupees) unlocks unlimited wishes on your account, for as long as Craftpage runs. There’s no subscription and nothing renews automatically.
• Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, PayU. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• A wish is published only after PayU confirms the payment. We email a receipt once it does.
• We may change the price in future. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

Delivery

Craftpage is a digital service with nothing shipped. Your wish is delivered instantly. As soon as payment is confirmed, you get the share link on screen and by email. You can also find it any time under My Wishes.

Your link

• Published links don’t expire. We intend to keep them working, but we can’t guarantee that any online service will be available forever.
• Links are private but unlisted. We never list wishes publicly or let search engines index them, but anyone who has the link can open it. Share it only with people you want to see it.

Your content

• You keep ownership of the photos, message and music you upload. You give us permission to store, process and show that content, so that we can run the service and show the wish to anyone with the link.
• Only upload things you have the right to use: your own photos, photos you have permission to share, and music you’re allowed to use. Check that the people in your photos are comfortable with them being shared.
• Don’t upload anything illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, harassing or infringing, or anything that invades someone’s privacy. We may remove content that breaks these rules and disable the link, without a refund.
• The built-in music tracks are public-domain recordings, and you’re free to use them in your wish.

Refunds

All purchases are final, apart from the exceptions described in our Refund Policy, such as duplicate charges or technical faults on our side.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse Craftpage. That means don’t try to break or overload it, get around payment, access other people’s wishes or accounts, or use it to send spam. We may suspend accounts that do.

Our responsibility

We work hard to keep Craftpage running smoothly, but the service is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the wish in question.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using Craftpage after an update, you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of India.
